If your orders are stuck in the "Missing Label" section in your Warehouse Management System (WMS) for more than 3–4 hours, follow these steps to resolve the issue quickly.
Step 1: Check the Order Status on the Marketplace
- Go to the Marketplace (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Shopify) where the order was placed.
- Verify if the order status is:
- "Processing” – Proceed to Step 2.
- "Cancelled" – Proceed to Step 3.
Step 2: If the Order Is Still Processing
- Raise a support ticket by emailing help@anchanto.com.
- Provide the order details and mention the delay in label generation.
Step 3: If the Order Is Cancelled
- Cancel the order in your WMS to prevent further processing.
- Return the items to their original inventory locations (put-away process).
