Follow these steps to connect your BigCommerce store to Anchanto OMS for first time:
- Log into BigCommerce Store and go to the Apps section.
- Go to the BigCommerce App Marketplace
- Search for Anchanto SelluSeller OMS.
- Click Install to add the app to your store.
- After installation, the Anchanto App Connected page will appear; click the button Go to Anchanto OMS.
If App is already installed:
1.Go to the My Apps tab in BigCommerce. 2.Click Launch, which will redirect you to the OMS login page. 3.Follow the instructions on the OMS setup page to complete the integration.
Your BigCommerce store is now successfully connected to Anchanto OMS!
- Unique SKU: All products in the marketplace or store must have unique Stock Keeping Units (SKUs) to ensure accurate synchronization with OMS. Only one product from duplicate SKU will get sync in OMS.
- Proper Product Data Structure: The product data structure (including product attributes, descriptions, and stock quantities) should be consistent and complete.
- Product Prices: Ensure the pricing of all the products are updated and pricing configurations are consistent and aligned with OMS settings.
1. Operations at the time of store integration:
- All categories, brands, and attributes are synced from the Big Commerce in Anchanto OMS.
- Auto sync the existing products with basic details like product name, SKU, price, stock & first image from Big Commerce to Anchanto OMS once the seller connects their Big Commerce with Anchanto OMS account.
- Orders from last 90 days are synced from the Big Commerce in Anchanto OMS.
2. Catalogue Management
- Manually sync single (non-variation) & group (variation) products from Big Commerce to Anchanto OMS as and when seller required.
- Sellers can list & update the single (non-variation) & group (variation) products one by one using Anchanto OMS user interface or list & update using bulk upload and update (excel template) feature available in Anchanto OMS.
- Sellers can update the common product details like product title, description, warranty, image for the group products from the group product details page in Anchanto OMS.
- Anchanto OMS group product images will be synced to the master (group product) on Big Commerce.
3. Inventory & Price Management
1.Auto sync inventory from Anchanto OMS to the Big Commerce as and when it changes in Anchanto OMS on a real time basis. For multi-warehousing OMS accounts, the stock sync will happen based on the warehouse mapping as mentioned in pre-requisites slide of this document. 2.Sync inventory manually from Anchanto OMS to the Big Commerce store using Sync Stock (if required). 3.Sellers can manage prices from Anchanto OMS to the Big Commerce for all products one by one.
Limitations:
Big Commerce only shows the Sale price related to Selling Price in Anchanto OMS.
4. Order Management
- “New”, status orders will be synced automatically every 5 mins.
- Users can also sync the orders manually from Anchanto OMS using the sync order option available under Anchanto OMS >> Integrations >> Ecommerce Sales Channels >> Big Commerce (connected)>> Sync Orders.
- Automatic syncing of orders like historic orders and orders under “Awaiting Pickup“ “Awaiting Fulfilment” “Cancelled”, “Shipped”, “Completed” and “Awaiting Payment” statuses from Big Commerce store to Anchanto OMS is done at every 30 mins interval

Shipping Label and Tracking Sync for Carriers:
- The tracking number will automatically be synced from the carriers to Anchanto OMS and passed on to Big Commerce
- Once the seller updates the order status to Ready to Ship in Anchanto OMS, the tracking number, carrier name will be automatically updated on Big Commerce
- Upon creating manifest on Anchanto OMS, 'Shipped’, status will be automatically updated on Big Commerce
- In case if sellers are using Anchanto OMS with Anchanto WMS, only the Shipped via Seller orders will be passed on to WMS from OMS. Once the order is picked on Anchanto WMS, the order on OMS will move to ‘RTS’ status and WMS would receive the shipping label from Anchanto OMS.
Limitations:
•No separate shipping label (AWB) will be fetched from Big Commerce to Anchanto OMS apart from the labels generated by Anchanto integrated carriers •Order split capability is not supported •Flow for Big Commerce integrated carriers is not supported

If the buyer cancels the order on BigCommerce, the cancellation status will be reflected there. *Orders can only be cancelled before reaching the "Packed" or "Ready to Ship" status. |
Completed | Complete | After delivery, once the order action window is closed, the order will be marked as complete. And order can not be returned/cancelled post that. |
