Step 1 - Create Stock Transfer
Introduction
When your system shows this alert, it means an order can't be processed because the items aren't available in the pick face location.
Step 1 - Create Stock Transfer
- Navigate to Inventory Management
- Select Stock Transfer function
- Choose:
- Source: Pallet location
- Destination: Pick face location
- SKU: The affected product
- Quantity: Amount needed for the order
- Confirm transfer details
- Scan/verify items during movement
- Update system when complete
Result: Order automatically moves from "Problem" to "Picking" status.
