Introduction

To streamline the process of updating delivery reference numbers, we are introducing a new Add Delivery Reference Number feature in the Ad Hoc Actions section of the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

This enhancement allows users to download a predefined template, input delivery reference numbers against the available WMS tracking IDs, and upload the file back into the system, ensuring a seamless and efficient way to update AWB/Delivery Reference Numbers in bulk.

Key Capabilities

1. Downloadable Template for Bulk Updates:
   • A new option, Add Delivery Reference Number, is available in the secondary panel under Ad Hoc Actions.
   • Users can download the Bulk Delivery Reference Template.
2. Easy Data Entry & Validation
   • Users can enter WMS Tracking Numbers and AWB/Delivery Reference Numbers directly in the template.
   • The system ensures smooth data validation upon upload to prevent errors.
3. Bulk Upload for Efficient Processing
   • Once updated, the template can be uploaded back from the same screen, allowing quick and efficient order updates without manual entry.

How to Use

Step 1: Access the Ad Hoc Actions module from the primary navigation panel.

Step 2: In the secondary navigation panel, click on the Add Delivery Reference No submodule.

Step 3: Download the Bulk Delivery Reference Template. This will download the bulk upload template.

Step 4: Update the Bulk Delivery Reference Template with WMS tracking numbers and respective AWB/Delivery Reference Number.

Step 5: Click on the Browse button and upload the template
