- Submit a support ticket to Anchanto.
- Track and manage existing tickets.

How to Login into the Anchanto Support

Go to anchanto.zendesk.com.

Click “Sign In” at the top-right.

Click “New to Anchanto? Sign Up”.

Enter your Full Name & Email Address.

Click “Sign Up” and check your inbox.

Open the email from support@anchanto.zendesk.com.

Click “Create Password” and set a secure password.

Click “Set Password” → You now have access.

How to Submit a Ticket to Anchanto Support

Log into your Anchanto Portal on Zendesk.

Click on "Submit Request" next to your name at the top-right.

Fill in the subject and details of your request.

Optional: Include country, marketplace, and the registered email ID of your Anchanto account (OMS/WMS/etc).

Attach relevant files if necessary.

Click "Submit" to create a ticket.

How to View & Track Your Submitted Tickets

Log into your Anchanto Portal account.

Click on the dropdown menu next to your name at the top-right.

Select "Requests".
-
You will see a list of all your submitted requests/tickets.

Click on a ticket name to view details and reply to Anchanto support if necessary.
4. How to Access the Knowledge Base

Go to https://anchanto.zendesk.com/hc/en-us.

The Knowledge base will be available on the main page for each product.
5. How to Start a Live Chat with Anchanto Support

Click the Chat Icon (bottom-left).

Enter your Name & Email Address, then click "Next"

You’ll be connected to a support agent.
