Purpose
This article explains how administrators can review, update, deactivate, or remove user access across Anchanto products.
Regular user access reviews help ensure that:
- Only active users retain access
- Users have permissions appropriate to their roles
- Former employees or inactive users no longer have access
- Business and customer data remains protected
What to Review
Administrators should verify that:
- Each user is still active within the organisation
- Each user still requires access to the product
- The assigned role and permissions are appropriate
- Users who have left the organisation are deactivated
- Users who no longer require access are removed or deactivated

A user account may be automatically disabled if there has been no login activity for more than 45 days.
This control applies to individual user accounts and helps prevent inactive accounts from retaining unnecessary access.
Accounts used for integrations between Anchanto systems are not affected by the 45-day inactivity rule.

If a legitimate user is disabled due to inactivity:
- Contact the Anchanto Care Team at help@anchanto.com or your Account Manager.
- Share the user’s name and registered email address.
- Specify the Anchanto product for which access is required.
- Request that the account be reviewed and re-enabled.
