The Self Collection grid shows one row per shipment, so each shipment of a split order can be handed over and closed on its own. You can mark each shipment as Collected by Customer as the customer picks it up. Separate tabs show what is still waiting at the counter and what has already been handed over.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Open the Self Collection grid
- Go to Orders → Self Collection → Select the B2C or B2B tab → The Self Collection grid opens, showing one row per shipment.
Choose a view
- Go to View by → Select All, Awaiting Pickup or Delivered → The grid shows only the shipments for that view.
| Tab | What it shows |
|---|---|
| All | All Self Collection shipments. |
| Awaiting Pickup | Shipments waiting for the customer to collect them. |
| Delivered | Shipments the customer has already collected. |
Find the shipment
- Go to the search bar or filters → Enter the Order No., Tracking ID or Shipment No. → The grid shows the matching shipment.
Hand over the shipment
- Go to the Actions column for the shipment → Click Collected by Customer when the customer collects it → The shipment is marked as collected.
- Go to the Delivered tab → The collected shipment now appears here. Other shipments from the same order stay in Awaiting Pickup until they are collected.
Important Notes & Limitations
- Shipment-level handling applies to both B2C and B2B Self Collection.
- Each shipment of a split order appears as its own row. For example, an order split into three shipments appears as three rows, which you can tell apart by the Shipment No. column.
- Whether Collected by Customer is available depends on each shipment’s own status.
- Marking one shipment as collected does not change the actions or status of other shipments in the same order.
- You can filter and search the grid by shipment-level data.
- The Self Collection count in the left-side menu shows the shipments awaiting collection.
- If you have saved views or filters built on the earlier order-level grid, recheck that they still return the results you expect.
- End customers place and collect their orders the same way as before.
