Introduction
Sometimes orders get fulfilled manually outside the system. This guide shows warehouse teams how to properly record these completed orders in WMS while maintaining accurate inventory records.
✔ Order must be in "Picking - Unassigned" status
✔ Order cannot be in "Problem" state
✔ Physical fulfillment already completed
- Log in to WMS
- Navigate to Orders Module
- Filter for "Picking - Unassigned" orders
- Select the manually fulfilled order
- Click the Actions button
- Select Mark As Complete
- Choose inventory option:
- Deduct stock: For normal fulfillment

Don't deduct: If stock already adjusted
- Click Confirm
Important Limitation:
- Shipping labels won't be generated for manually completed orders
- Tracking numbers must be added separately if needed
