Introduction

Sometimes orders get fulfilled manually outside the system. This guide shows warehouse teams how to properly record these completed orders in WMS while maintaining accurate inventory records.

Prerequisites

✔ Order must be in "Picking - Unassigned" status
✔ Order cannot be in "Problem" state
✔ Physical fulfillment already completed

Step-by-Step Process

Step 1 - Locate the Order

1. Log in to WMS
2. Navigate to Orders Module
3. Filter for "Picking - Unassigned" orders
4. Select the manually fulfilled order

Step 2 - Mark as Complete

1. Click the Actions button
2. Select Mark As Complete
   
3. Choose inventory option:
   • Deduct stock: For normal fulfillment
   • Don't deduct: If stock already adjusted
     
4. Click Confirm 

Important Limitation:

• Shipping labels won't be generated for manually completed orders
• Tracking numbers must be added separately if needed
