WMS uses a few optional services to monitor performance, give in-app guidance and support your customer success team. You decide which of these services are on in your browser. You can accept them all, reject them all, or pick individual ones. You can change your choice any time, and WMS keeps working normally whatever you choose.
What Are Cookie Preferences?
WMS uses two kinds of cookies:
- Strictly necessary cookies keep WMS secure, maintain your session and run core features. They're always on.
- Optional cookies support the extra services below. You choose whether to allow them.
What each optional service does
| Service | What it does |
|---|---|
| Site24x7 | Measures application performance and reliability. |
| ChurnZero | Supports customer-success and product-engagement activities. |
| ProductFruits | Provides in-product guidance and product analytics. |
How to Set Your Cookie Preferences
Step 1: Go to the WMS login screen → the Cookie preferences banner appears at the bottom of the screen → you can see your consent options.
Step 2: Click one of the following:
- Accept optional cookies → all optional services are turned on.
- Reject optional cookies → only strictly necessary cookies are used.
- Manage preferences → a window opens where you can choose individual services.
Step 3 (if you chose Manage preferences): Go to the Manage preferences window → set the toggle for each service on or off → click Save preferences → your choices are saved.
How to Change Your Cookie Preferences Later
Go to Settings → Account Overview → Profile → click Manage cookies → change the toggles → click Save preferences → your new choices are saved.
Good to Know
- WMS keeps working normally even if you reject optional cookies.
- ChurnZero and ProductFruits are off by default.
- Your choices apply only to your current browser and WMS environment. You may be asked to choose again if you:
- clear your cookies
- switch browsers or devices
- open a different WMS environment
- Turning a service off stops future data collection from that point on. It doesn't delete data the provider has already received, or cookies stored on the provider's own website.
- You can open the Cookie Policy from the banner or the Manage preferences window.
- What each service may receive if you turn it on:
- Site24x7 may store a visitor/session identifier on the WMS domain.
- ChurnZero may receive account and user details, including email, role and country, and may set cookies on its own domain.
- ProductFruits and its supporting analytics providers may receive account, contact, role, company, region, country, module and usage information.
