Introduction
Proper carrier configuration ensures smooth order fulfillment and tracking. This guide walks you through adding and configuring carriers in WMS 3.0 for optimal logistics operations.
- Navigate to Warehouse Module
- Select Carriers from secondary panel
- Click Add New Carrier
2. Configuring Carrier Details
- Carrier Company Name: Delivery service provider name (WMS integrated/offline only)
- Carrier Code: Must match marketplace code (critical for status updates)
- Country: Service coverage area
- Email ID
- Contact Number
- Contact Person Name

| Tracking URL | Order tracking link | Required for integrated carriers |
| Logistic Company | WMS-integrated carrier name | Must match exactly |
| Print Plain Label | Extra label copy | Enable for backup |
| Print On Zebra Printer | Android app printing | Always enable for mobile use |
- Marketplace Integrated Carrier: Enable for marketplace-linked carriers
- Wareo Integrated Carrier: Enable for WMS-only carriers
- Support Return: Enable for return collection capability
- Support Multiparcel: For multiple package shipments
- Label Density: Adjust for optimal printing (increase=zoom in)
- Import AWB Tracking Series: Enable if carrier provides pre-allocated tracking numbers
- Click Add New Carrier to save configuration
- Edit existing carriers as needed
- Delete inactive carriers to maintain clean records

- Double-check carrier codes before saving
- Test label printing after setup
