Need to delete an Inventory Stock Keeping Unit (iSKU) from your Order Management System (OMS)? Follow this guide to ensure a smooth deletion process, avoid errors, and maintain accurate inventory records.
Prerequisites Before Deleting an iSKU
Before proceeding, ensure:
- A new iSKU is assigned to the product (if it’s still in your catalog).
- No pending orders are linked to the iSKU (deletion is blocked otherwise).
Important Notes:
- Deleting a Catalogue SKU (CSKU)? Remove it first from the Catalog Module, then delete the iSKU.
- Deleted iSKUs remain visible under "Deleted Products" in Anchanto OMS.
Step-by-Step Guide to Delete an iSKU
Step 1: Navigate to the Inventory Module
- Log into your Anchanto OMS.
- Go to Inventory Module > Select the SKU you want to delete.
- Click the Action button (↑ arrow in the top-right corner).
- Select "Delete" from the dropdown menu.
- Click "Confirm" to permanently delete the iSKU.
- Deleted iSKUs are moved to "Deleted Products" in the Inventory Module.
