Need to consolidate duplicate product listings?
This guide shows you how to merge inventory products in OMS when the same physical product has different marketplace SKUs.

When to Merge Products

Merge products when:

• Same physical product exists under different SKUs
• Multiple marketplaces list the same inventory
• You want to simplify inventory management

Example: Same shirt listed on Lazada (SKU123) and Zalora (SKU456) but using the same warehouse stock

How to Merge Products (Single SKU)

Step 1: Locate Products

1. Go to Inventory Module
2. Find the product you want to merge
3. Click the Action button

Step 2: Initiate Merge

1. Select Bulk iSKU Merge
2. Choose the common inventory SKU (iSKU)
3. Confirm merge

How to Merge in Bulk

Step 1: Download Template

1. Click Action > Bulk iSKU Merge
2. Select Download File
3. Open the Excel template

Step 2: Prepare File

1. List all cSKUs to be merged
2. Specify the common iSKU for all
3. Save file

Step 3: Upload & Confirm

1. Click Upload
2. Select your prepared file
3. Click Import

Done! Your products are now merged.

Important Notes

Permanent Action:

• Merged SKUs cannot be unmerged
