Introduction

Integrating TikTok Shop with Anchanto OMS automates your order processing, inventory sync, and shipping management. This 5-step guide walks you through the complete setup process to connect your stores in minutes.

Prerequisite: Contact your Account Manager before starting.

Step 1 - Access TikTok Integration

1. Log in to your Anchanto OMS account
2. Navigate to:
   Integration > Add Stores
   
3. Search for "TikTok" in marketplace list
4. Select TikTok Shop
   
5. Click Install "Jpluger-Connector"
   

Step 2 - Configure Store Settings

Basic Information

• Store Name: Internal reference name (doesn't change TikTok Shop name)
• Order Tag: Select B2C
• Warehouse Mapping: Choose your Anchanto warehouse(s)

TikTok Shop Details

1. Find Shop Code:
   • Log in to TikTok Seller Center
   • Click your shop name (top-right)
   • Copy the Shop Code from popup
2. Warehouse Setup:
   • Single warehouse: Enter "All"
   • Multiple warehouses: Enter comma-separated TikTok warehouse IDs

Step 3 - Establish Secure Connection

1. Click Generate API Token
2. This creates encrypted link between TikTok and Anchanto
3. Wait for confirmation message (~30 seconds)

Step 4 - Complete Authorization

1. Select your account region (match TikTok Shop location)
2. Review permissions
3. Click Authorize to finalize connection

Step 5 - Automatic Data Sync

Once connected, Anchanto OMS will import:

• Product catalog (listings)
• Current inventory levels
• Last 90 days of orders
• Shipping methods and carriers

Initial sync may take 15-30 minutes depending on catalog size.

Note: Currently, only group or kit products can be listed on TikTok via OMS.
