Single Sign-On (SSO) allows organizations to streamline user authentication into Anchanto Order Management System (OMS) using their existing Identity Provider (IdP). By integrating SSO, organizations improve data security, reduce password fatigue, and manage centralized user access across all enterprise platforms.
Prerequisites:
Administrator access to the Anchanto Admin Panel (
api-<env>.anchanto.com).Account-level administration access to the Anchanto OMS portal (
<env>.anchanto.com).Active subscription to an supported Identity Provider (Azure AD/Entra ID or PingID).
Prepared Client ID, Client Secret, and Tenant/Environment ID from your identity provider.
Phase 1: Configuring SSO in the Admin Panel
Go to Anchanto Admin Panel (
api-<env>.anchanto.com) → Sign in with authorized administrator credentials → The Welcome To Admin Panel landing page appears.Go to Left Navigation Sidebar → Click SSO Enabled Customers dropdown → Click New → The New SSO Customer registration form opens.
Go to New SSO Customer Form → Select Provider Type (pingId or AzureId), enter Seller ID, Description, and Environment/Tenant ID → Click Save → The SSO provider is created in DRAFT status and saved in the database.
Go to SSO Enabled Customers Listing → Locate the newly created entry → Copy the value in the Customer ID column → The Customer ID (e.g., CUST-07-682972ED) is stored on your clipboard for Redirect URI construction.
Go to Actions Column → Click Edit → Paste the constructed Redirect URI (
https://<env>[.anchanto.com/sso-login?customer_id=](https://.anchanto.com/sso-login?customer_id=)<COPIED_CUSTOMER_ID>) into the Redirect URI field → Click Save → The Redirect URI is linked to the SSO client configuration.
Phase 2: Activating SSO in the OMS Portal
Go to Anchanto OMS Portal (
<env>.anchanto.com) → Click User Profile Icon (bottom-left corner) → Select Account Settings → The Account Settings dashboard opens.Go to Account Settings Menu → Click SSO Settings → Enter your Identity Provider's Client ID and Client Secret → Click Save → The SSO credentials are saved to the account profile.
Go to SSO Settings → Click Test Connection → Complete the login challenge in the pop-up window → The system initiates an authentication handshake with your Identity Provider to verify parameters.
Go to SSO Settings → Click Publish → SSO authentication is activated globally for all users within your organization.
