Secure Branded Tracking with Recipient Verification allows businesses to protect detailed shipment information on public-facing Branded Tracking Pages. Recipients can view basic shipment context using their tracking number, but they must verify their identity using their name or destination postal code before full tracking details, carrier links, and event timelines are revealed. This provides stronger shipment privacy for D2C and public tracking journeys without requiring recipients to create an account or log in.
Prerequisites for Success:
Administrator access to the Parcel Tracking module.
Ingested shipment data containing at least one valid verification attribute: recipient first/last name or destination postal code.
An active or newly created Branded Tracking Page template.

| If the system shows this error | Follow these steps to fix it |
Incorrect first name / last name or postal code. Please try again. | Verify that the entry matches the exact spelling of the first name, last name, or destination postal code associated with the shipment order. Note that spaces at the beginning or end of postal codes are automatically ignored, and matching is case-insensitive. |
Too many incorrect attempts. Please try again after 30 minutes. | The maximum limit of 5 consecutive failed verification attempts has been reached. Wait 30 minutes for the automated security lockout to expire before attempting verification again. |
| Name verification fails repeatedly for valid orders. | Check the underlying order data ingested into Parcel Tracking. If both First Name and Last Name fields are missing in the source shipment data, name verification cannot succeed; the recipient must verify using the destination postal code instead. |
