Overview
AWB reuse lets you set, for each carrier, when an Air Waybill (AWB) number can be accepted again for a new shipment. This is for carriers that recycle AWB numbers after a set period, such as 90, 180 or 365 days. WMS checks the Carrier + AWB combination the first time the AWB is received, generated, entered, uploaded or assigned, so invalid duplicates are rejected straight away instead of at Packing. Past AWB and shipment records stay fully traceable.
