Scenario 1: Marketplace-Assigned Carriers

• Anchanto OMS receives order with carrier information
• OMS cannot change the assigned carrier

Scenario 2: Unassigned Carriers

Case A: No Default Carrier Set

• Orders sync without carrier information
• Order goes into "Problem State"

  2. Confirm with marketplace

Case B: Default Carrier Exists

• OMS temporarily assigns default carrier
• At "Ready to Ship" stage:
