In Anchanto OMS, 'Not Ready to Fulfill' orders indicate unresolved issues preventing fulfillment. This guide outlines the common causes and step-by-step solutions to resolve them efficiently.
Common Causes of 'Not Ready to Fulfill' Status
1. Missing Stock Keeping Unit (SKU)
- Cause: The product was created directly on the sales channel and hasn’t synced to OMS.
- Solution: Assign the correct Channel Stock Keeping Unit (CSKU) in OMS.
2. Unassigned Shipping Carrier
- Cause: The shipping carrier isn’t marked as ‘Default’ in OMS settings.
- Solution: Assign a default shipping carrier in OMS.
3. Out of Stock
- Cause: Inventory levels changed after the order was placed, leading to insufficient stock.
- Solution: Update stock levels or adjust the order accordingly.
4. Unpaid Order
- Cause: Payment for the order hasn’t been completed.
- Solution: Confirm the payment status with the customer or payment gateway.
5. RTS (Ready to Ship) Failed
- Cause: Various issues can prevent an RTS confirmation.
- Solution: Investigate the error message and retry the RTS process.
