Step 1: Access the Order Module
- Navigate to the Order Module in Anchanto OMS.
- Select New Orders to view the list of pending orders.
- Choose the specific order you want to mark as delivered.
Step 2: Use the Action Button
- Click on the Action Button next to the selected order.
- Scroll down and locate the "Mark Orders Delivered" option.
Step 3: Specify a Reason
- A prompt will appear asking you to specify a reason for marking the order as delivered.
- Enter a clear and concise reason (e.g., "Customer received the package").
Step 4: Confirm the Action
- Click "Confirm" to finalize the status change.
- The order will now be moved to the Delivered Tab.

Eligible Orders: Only orders with the following statuses can be marked as delivered:
- Unpaid
- New
- Ready for Pickup
- Packed
- In-Transit
- Automatic Completion: Orders older than 90 days will be automatically marked as Completed in the system.
