Introduction
Integrating Amazon with Anchanto OMS automates your order processing, inventory sync, and shipping management. This 5-step guide walks you through the complete setup process to connect your stores in minutes.
Prerequisite: Contact your Account Manager before starting.
Step 1 - Access Amazon Integration
- Log in to your Anchanto OMS account

Navigate to:
Integration > Add Stores

Search for "Amazon" & click on the
'link' icon
Step 2 - Configure Store Settings
- Store Name: Internal reference name for easy identification in case you have multiple stores for Amazon.
- Order Tag: Select B2C

Warehouse Mapping: Choose your Anchanto warehouse(s)
(Note: The option will appear only for the users who opted for the Anchanto OMS Multi Warehouse Feature) -
Click Generate API Token
(This creates an encrypted link between Amazon and Anchanto, Wait for the screen redirect to the Amazon Store)
Step 3 - Complete Authorization
- Input your email id & password of your Amazon account with admin role credentials.
- Review permissions,
- Click Authorize to finalise the connection and it will redirect back to Anchanto OMS with success.
Step 4 - Automatic Data Sync on first time store connection,
Once connected, Anchanto OMS will import:
- Product catalogue (Sync existing product with basic details such as product name, first image, category, price and inventory)
- Current inventory levels
- Last 90 days of orders
Initial sync may take 15-30 minutes, depending on catalogue size.
Note: Currently, we do not support catalogue list and update from Anchanto OMS to Amazon.
