How to Subscribe to the Anchanto OM App on Lazada Service Market?

To ensure smooth Lazada-OMS integration, sellers must subscribe to the Anchanto OM app via the Lazada Service Market. This guide provides a step-by-step process to complete the subscription.

Step-by-Step Subscription Process

Step 1: Access the Anchanto OM App on Lazada Service Market

• Log in to your Lazada Seller Center account.
• Use the relevant subscription link for your country:
  • Singapore: Subscription Link
  • Philippines: Subscription Link
  • Malaysia: Subscription Link
  • Thailand: Subscription Link
  • Vietnam: Subscription Link
  •  Indonesia: Subscription Link

Note: Sellers in Singapore should select the free “Authorization Only” service to avoid unnecessary charges.

Step 2: Select Service Version & Duration

• On the Anchanto OM app page, select “Authorization Only.”
• Set the subscription duration to “Half a year.”
• Click “Authorized Use” → Proceed to order confirmation.

Step 3: Confirm Your Order

• Review the subscription start & end dates.
• Check “Agreed and Signed.”
• Click “Confirm” → A confirmation message "Successfully Ordered!" will appear.

Step 4: Authorize the Service

• Click “Authorized Use of Services” → Navigate to Ordered Services.
• Find "Anchanto OM" in your active services.
• Click "Use Service."

Step 5: Complete Authorization on Lazada Open Platform

• A confirmation pop-up will appear → Check the box & click "Agree."
• You'll be redirected to Lazada Open Platform Authorization.
• Select your Seller Account’s country.
• Enter your Lazada Seller Center credentials (email & password).
• Ensure "I agree to the Authorization Terms & Agreement" is checked.
• Click "Submit."

After successful authorization, you’ll be redirected to the Anchanto OM login page, confirming the subscription is complete.

Next Steps

• Reconnect your Lazada store within Anchanto OM for seamless integration.
• For new Lazada stores, complete the subscription process before connecting them to OMS.
