What Causes Duplicate Marketplace Product ID Issues?
This issue occurs when the same marketplace product ID is assigned to multiple products in Anchanto OMS. As a result, the system cannot sync the products correctly. To resolve this, you need to unmap the duplicate marketplace product ID.
Steps to Resolve Duplicate Marketplace Product ID Issues
Follow these steps to fix unsynced products caused by duplicate marketplace product IDs:

Navigate to the Catalogue Module:
- Log in to Anchanto OMS and go to the Catalogue Module.
- Select the Unsync Tab dropdown and choose Duplicate Marketplace Product ID.

Identify Unsynced Products:
- The system will display a list of products that failed to sync due to duplicate marketplace product IDs.
- Click on the CSKU or product name to view detailed error messages.

Unmap the Marketplace Product ID:
- Go to Bulk Actions and download the template file named Bulk Product's ID/Code Unmap.
- Input the SKU code into the template file and save it.

- Enable the All Stores checkbox to sync stock for all marketplaces.
- Click the Sync Stock button to send the available stock in OMS to the sales channel.
- Note: This activity can be performed once a day for bulk stock sync. Alternatively, you can select specific marketplaces for stock sync.
