When the same Parent SKU is assigned to multiple group products on a marketplace, it prevents synchronization with Anchanto OMS, resulting in a Parent Code Mismatch error. This guide provides a step-by-step solution to resolve the issue and ensure seamless product syncing.
Step-by-Step Fix for Parent Code Mismatch
Step 1: Identify Affected Products
- Log in to your Anchanto OMS account.
- Go to Catalogue > Unsync Tab > Parent Code Mismatch.
- Check the list of products that failed to sync.
Step 2: Correct Parent SKUs in the Marketplace
- Log in to your Seller Platform (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, etc.).
- Locate affected products with duplicate Parent SKUs.
- Update each Parent SKU to a unique value.
Tip: Keeping Parent SKUs unique prevents future sync failures.
Step 3: Sync Updated Products to OMS
- Return to OMS > Integration > eCommerce Channels.
- Select the store where Parent SKUs were updated.
- Click the three dots next to the store name > Product Sync.
Your products will now sync successfully.
