Introduction

You can easily create KIT products (also known as bundles or combos) in the OMS Catalogue module and list them directly on various connected marketplaces.

Condition: All individual items in the KIT must already exist in the Inventory module.

How to Create & List New KIT Products

Step 1: Access Catalog Module

1. Log in to OMS
2. Go to Catalogue tab
3. Click Add Product
   

Step 2: Set Up Basic Information

1. Select "Kit" as product type
2. Enter:
   • Product name
   • Description
   • Images
3. Click Save as Draft
   

Step 3: Configure Marketplace Listing

1. Choose target marketplaces
2. Select appropriate categories
3. Click Start Listing

Done! Your KIT is now live on selected marketplaces.

How to Manage Existing KIT Products (Post Marketplace Sync)

When a new marketplace is connected for the first time:

• Any existing KITs from that marketplace are synced as individual SKUs in OMS.
• These need to be mapped as KITs using the Bulk KIT Mapping process.

Once mapped, product type is updated to KIT in OMS.

Bulk KIT Mapping Process

1. Go to Catalogue > Bulk Actions
2. Select Bulk KIT Mapping
3. Download template file
   
4. Fill in:
   • Parent SKU (KIT)
   • Component SKUs
   • Quantities
5. Upload completed file

Important:

• KIT mapping is permanent (must delete to undo)
• Only primary SKU shows on marketplaces

How KIT Stock Is Managed (ATP Calculation)

OMS calculates bundle (KIT) stock using the lowest stock availability among its components:

Example:

• iPhone XS: 10 units
• AirPods: 20 units  Available Bundle Stock = 10

You cannot manage KIT stock directly.
To update bundle quantity, adjust component inventory.

Important Notes

• KIT product is OMS-specific and not recognized as a bundle by marketplaces.
• On marketplaces, only the primary SKU of the KIT will be visible.
• Once mapped as a KIT, the product cannot be unmapped. To remove it, you must delete or deactivate it from OMS.
