Anchanto OMS automatically soft-deactivates inactive KIT products to optimize your product catalogue performance. By automatically transferring unused or obsolete KIT items out of your active operational queues, this enhancement decreases catalogue clutter, speeds up system search queries, and lowers processing overhead during
- User Roles and Access: This feature is enabled globally for all OMS users. It directly assists OMS Admins and Catalogue/Product Managers with inventory governance, while ensuring cleaner product-selection flows for front-end Operations Teams (store/warehouse personnel) and Sellers/Retailers.
- Automatic Deactivation Conditions: The backend system continuously scans your listings and triggers a soft-deactivation only when a KIT product meets both constraints simultaneously:
- No Orders Recorded: The product generates zero order transactions for a consecutive period of 45 days (system default).
- Zero Inventory Stock: The product maintains a stock count of zero throughout that exact same 45-day window.
- Downstream Workflow Impact: Once soft-deactivated, a KIT configuration is barred from rendering inside Active catalogue views, Product listing flows, Inventory selection screens, and Order creation windows.

Automated Email Notifications
The system triggers automated email alerts to keep you informed about your KIT statuses:
- Products Scheduled for Auto-Deactivation: Sent as an advance warning when products have not received orders or have remained out of stock. The email specifies the Days left for deactivation and the Target Deactivation Date.
- To prevent deactivation from the email notice: You can replenish stock, create an order for the product to reset the counter, or review product performance.
- Products Have Been Auto-Deactivated: Sent immediately after the system automatically marks products as Inactive. The email displays the Product Name, No. of Marketplace listed, and Deactivated Date.
- To reactivate from the email notice: Click Reactivate from the Deactivated tab UI, replenish stock, or create an order for the product to automatically reset the inactivity counter.
