Introduction

Bulk Kit Mapping in OMS lets you efficiently bundle products for marketplace listings. This guide explains how to map kits in bulk and manage stock calculations for bundle products.

What is a KIT?

When a KIT (bundle of products) already exists on a marketplace and that marketplace is connected to OMS, each individual SKU from the bundle will get synced into OMS.

However, you still need to map the KITs manually inside OMS using a Bulk Kit Mapping file.

How to Do Bulk Kit Mapping (Step-by-Step)

Step 1: Download the Bulk Kit Mapping Template

1. Log in to OMS.
2. Go to Catalogue > Bulk Actions.
3. Select Bulk Kit Mapping > Download File.
   

Step 2: Update the Excel File

• Fill in:
  • Parent SKU (Kit SKU)
  • Component SKUs (Individual products in the kit)
  • Quantities per kit

Step 3: Upload the Mapped File

1. Go back to Bulk Kit Mapping.
2. Click Upload and select your updated file.
3. Confirm in the pop-up window.

Done! Your kits are now mapped in bulk.

How is Stock Calculated for KITs (Bundle Products)?

Anchanto OMS calculates bundle stock based on the available stock of each component product using this formula:

Bundle Stock =
Divide the available stock of each component by the quantity used in the bundle, round down to the nearest whole number, and then take the lowest result.

Example:

• iPhone XS → 10 units
• AirPods → 20 units
• If each bundle contains 1 iPhone XS and 1 AirPods, Bundle Stock = 10

Note:
You cannot directly edit the stock of the bundle (KIT).
To change the available quantity of a KIT, adjust the inventory of the component products.

Important Notes

• KIT Product is a OMS-only feature (not available on marketplaces).
• When you list the KIT on a marketplace, only the primary SKU will be visible to customers.
