Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Locate the cSKU

1. Log in to your OMS account
2. Navigate to Catalogue Module
3. Search for the cSKU you want to modify
4. Click the Edit button (pencil icon)
   

Step 2: Update the iSKU Mapping

1. In the edit screen, find the Inventory SKU search bar
2. Search for and select your new iSKU
3. Click Save to confirm changes
   

 Done! Your cSKU now maps to the new iSKU.

• Changes may take 5-10 minutes to reflect across all systems
