Step 1: Connect BigCommerce to Anchanto OMS

First-Time Setup

1. Log in to your BigCommerce Admin.
2. Navigate to Apps > Marketplace.
3. Search for "Anchanto OMS".
4. Click Install > Go to Anchanto OMS to complete linking.

For Existing Users

1. Go to My Apps in BigCommerce.
2. Click Launch next to Anchanto OMS.
3. Log in to Anchanto to finalize integration.

Success! Your store is now connected.

Step 2: Initial Data Sync

Upon connection:

• Categories/Brands: Auto-sync to Anchanto.
• Products: Basic details (name, SKU, price, stock, image) sync automatically.
• Orders: Last 90 days of orders import to OMS.

Product Sync Options

• Manual Sync: Update single/group products as needed via:
  • Anchanto UI (one-by-one)
  • Bulk Excel uploads
• Group Products: Update titles/descriptions/images once to sync to BigCommerce master.

Step 4: Inventory & Price Management

• Real-Time Sync: Stock updates auto-sync to BigCommerce.
• Manual Sync: Use Sync Stock for urgent updates.
• Pricing: Manage prices individually in Anchanto.

Limitation: BigCommerce only displays Anchanto’s Selling Price as Sale Price.

Step 5: Order Processing

Automatic Sync

• New Orders: Sync every 5 mins.
• Other Statuses ("Awaiting Pickup", "Shipped", etc.): Sync every 30 mins.

Manual Sync

Integrations > Ecommerce Channels > BigCommerce > Sync Orders

Shipping & Tracking

• Tracking numbers auto-sync to BigCommerce when marked Ready to Ship in Anchanto.
• Manifest Creation: Updates BigCommerce status to Shipped.
