To ensure smooth synchronization between Oz Sales and Anchanto OMS, follow these best practices:

Unique SKUs: Ensure all products have unique Stock Keeping Units (SKUs). Duplicate SKUs will not sync correctly; only one product per SKU will be imported.

Consistent Product Data: Maintain accurate product information, including attributes, descriptions, and stock levels.

Accurate Pricing: Update product prices regularly to align with OMS settings for consistent pricing across platforms.

When a seller connects their Oz Sales account to Anchanto OMS, existing products (product name, SKU, price, stock, and images) are automatically synchronized.

Order Synchronization:

Orders from the past 30 days with statuses such as "Acknowledged", "Cancelled", "Completed", "Shipped" are synced to Anchanto OMS.

Order Processing Workflow:
When using Oz Sales integrated shipping carriers, the Ready to Ship status for orders will follow this automated workflow:
Step 1: Updating the Ready to Ship Status
-
If the seller uses both Anchanto WMS and Anchanto OMS:
- Once the order is physically picked, the status will be updated as Picked in Anchanto WMS.
- This will automatically trigger the Ready to Ship status update in both Anchanto OMS and OZ Sales marketplace.

If the seller uses only Anchanto OMS:
- After physically picking all products in the order, the seller must manually update the status as Ready to Ship in Anchanto OMS.
- This manual update will trigger the Ready to Ship status in the Oz Sales.
Step 2: Syncing Shipping Details -

Once Oz store successfully updates the Ready to Ship status:
- A shipping label/AWB and tracking ID will be generated by Anchanto OMS.
- From there, the information will be synced to Anchanto WMS for further order processing if they are using Anchanto OMS and WMS as solution.
- The order status will be updated to "Delivered" in OMS once the seller updates the delivered status on Sales channel.
