Step 1: Add Anchanto App to Wix to connect with OMS or OXM
To install the Anchanto OMS App on Wix, follow these steps:
- Login to Wix and go to the Wix App Market.
- Search for and select Anchanto App
- Click on “Add to Site” , this is the webstore name.
- Choose the site (webstore) where you want to install the app
- Click Agree & Add to confirm.
Step 2: Copy Instance & Purchase Plan
Once installed, a custom installation page will appear with payment details and an option to copy the Instance ID.
- Click "Click to copy Instance ID & proceed for payment".
- Select the available pricing plan
- Select the Billing Cycle
- Complete your Purchase
- Click on “View Your Apps”
- Select the Anchanto App from the App list
Important Note: Make sure to copy and save the instance ID to your clipboard or notepad, as it will be needed to connect OMS/OXM with the Wix marketplace.
Step 3: Proceed to OMS/OXM and follow the steps on the custom installation page.
- Navigate to Integration Settings > eCommerce Channel > Add Store.
- Search for Wix, then click the link icon.
- Paste the copied Instance ID and click Connect.
Once done, your Wix store will be successfully connected to Anchanto OMS/OXM!
- Unique SKU: All products in the marketplace or store must have unique Stock Keeping Units (SKUs) to ensure accurate synchronization with OMS. Only one product from duplicate SKU will get sync in OMS/OXM.
- Proper Product Data Structure: The product data structure (including product attributes, descriptions, and stock quantities) should be consistent and complete.
- Product Prices: Ensure the pricing of all the products are updated and pricing configurations are consistent and aligned with OMS/OXM settings.
1. Operations at the time of store integration:
- Auto sync the existing category attributes and products with basic details like product name, SKU, price, stock & first image from Wix to Anchanto OMS App once the seller connects their Wix with Anchanto OMS/OXM account.
- As soon as the syncing process will start, the OMS/OXM will sync the orders from last 90 days from the Wix in Anchanto OMS/OXM.
- Store specific attributes such as Brands (only Authorized) are synced from the Wix in Anchanto OMS/OXM.
2. Catalogue Management
- Manually sync single (non-variation) & group (variation) products from Wix to Anchanto OMS/OXM as and when seller required.
- Sellers can list & update the single (non-variation) & group (variation) products one by one using Anchanto OMS/OXM user interface or list & update using bulk upload and update (excel template) feature available in Anchanto OMS/OXM.
- Sellers can update the common product details like product title, description, warranty, image for the group products from the group product details page in Anchanto OMS/OXM.
- Anchanto OMS/OXM group product images will be synced to the master (group product) on Wix.
3. Inventory & Price Management
- Auto sync inventory from Anchanto OMS/OXM to the Wix as and when it changes in Anchanto OMS/OXM on a real time basis. For multi-warehousing OMS/OXM accounts, the stock sync will happen based on the warehouse mapping as mentioned in pre-requisites slide of this document.
- Sync inventory manually from Anchanto OMS/OXM to the Wix store using Sync Stock (if required).
- Sellers can manage prices from Anchanto OMS/OXM to the Wix for all products one by one.
4. Order Management
- “New”, status orders will be synced automatically every 5 mins.
- Users can also sync the orders manually from Anchanto OMS/OXM using the sync order option available under Anchanto OMS/OXM >> Integrations >> Ecommerce Sales Channels >> Wix (connected)>> Sync Orders.
- Automatic syncing of orders like historic orders and orders under “Cancelled”, “Shipped”, “Completed” statuses from Wix store to Anchanto OMS/OXM is done at every 30 mins interval
- Supported carrier by Wix are Canada Post, FedEx, USPS, UPS, DHL, and Anchato integrated carriers.
- Status syncronization between Anchanto OMS/OXM and Carriers :
- The tracking number are automatically synced from the carriers to Anchanto OMS/OXM.
- Once the seller updates the order status to Ready to Ship in Anchanto OMS/OXM, the tracking number, carrier name will be automatically updated on Wix
- Upon creating manifest on Anchanto OMS/OXM, 'Shipped’, status will be automatically updated on Wix
3. Order Management
- The delivery status of such orders will be auto updated by Wix upon buyer confirmation whereas in Anchanto OMS/OXM it will be updated when carrier partner updates the status to delivered.
- In case if sellers are using Anchanto OMS/OXM with Anchanto WMS, only the Shipped via Seller orders will be passed on from OMS/OXM to WMS. Once the order is picked on Anchanto WMS, the order on OMS/OXM will move to RTS and WMS would receive the shipping label from Anchanto OMS/OXM.
Limitations:
- Order split in Wix is not supported.
- Return Order Flow is not supported
