How to get the above details -
1. Login to your Magento account.
2. Open the System module from the left-hand panel of the platform.
3. Look for an option labeled as "Integrations" within the System module.
4. Locate the specific integration you want to work with and click the corresponding "Edit" icon.
5. In the integration settings, find a section titled "Integration Info and Details".
6. Within this section, you will find all the credentials for Consumer Key, Consumer Secret, Access Token and Access Token Secret.
7. Domain Url
Magento store url on top will be your Domain URL, kindly copy the url until .com.
- Unique SKU: All products in the marketplace or store must have unique Stock Keeping Units (SKUs) to ensure accurate synchronization with OMS. Only one product from duplicate SKU will get sync in OMS/OXM.
- Proper Product Data Structure: The product data structure (including product attributes, descriptions, and stock quantities) should be consistent and complete.
- Product Prices: Ensure the pricing of all the products are updated and pricing configurations are consistent and aligned with OMS settings.
- Auto sync the existing category attributes and products with basic details like product name, SKU, price, stock & first image from Magento 2.x to Anchanto OMS App once the seller connects their Blibli account with Anchanto OMS account.
- As soon as the syncing process will start, the OMS will sync the orders from last 90 days from the Magento 2.x in Anchanto OMS.
- Once the sync process begins, OMS syncs at a rate of 1,000 SKUs every 15 minutes.

Sellers can manually sync group (variation) products from Magento 2.x to Anchanto OMS as needed.

Product Listing
- Sellers can list the single (non-variation) & group (variation) products one by one using Anchanto OMS user interface or list & update using bulk upload and update (excel template) feature available in Anchanto OMS.

Sellers can update product prices and stock levels from Anchanto OMS to Magento 2.x store.

Automatic Order Sync:

Orders with the following statuses are automatically synced from Magento 2.x to Anchanto OMS every 30 minutes with statuses "Cancelled", "Pending", "Shipped", "Delivered", "Packed".

New orders sync every 5 minutes.

Manual Order Sync:

Sellers can manually sync orders through Anchanto OMS by navigating to:

Shipping Integration:
- The integration supports delivery through "Self ship" only.
- Incase if seller is not using the Anchanto integrated carriers, seller can manually input the tracking number received from their carrier (3PL) while updating the order status as Ready to Ship in Anchanto OMS and the same will be updated on Magento 2.x store. Seller can use the Anchanto generated shipping label to process these orders.
- Seller can download and print the Anchanto generated invoice from Anchanto OMS.
