Let’s go step by step.
1. Create a New TikTok Shop
TikTok and Tokopedia operate as separate platforms. You’ll need to set up a brand-new Tokopedia Shop [on TikTok Portal] for your business if you haven’t already.
You can do this via TikTok Seller Center: https://seller.tiktokglobalshop.com/
2. Migrate Listings from Tokopedia to TikTok
To transfer your product listings:
- Login to your TikTok Seller Center
- Use TikTok’s in-built listing migration tool to import products from your Tokopedia store
- Ensure product information (images, descriptions, price, stock) is correctly reflected
Note: This step is outside the OMS system. All listing migration happens via TikTok Seller Center.
3. Authorize Our OMS App on TikTok
Our integration with TikTok uses a custom app, so authorization will not happen via the public App Store. You need to authorize our app manually.
You have two options:
- Option A: Authorize via App Store (not applicable to our app)
- Option B (Required): Use a Custom Authorization Link [https://services.tiktokshop.com/open/authorize?service_id=7173170572384634629]
We will provide you with the custom authorization link as part of this migration guide. Use it to authorize our OMS app with your TikTok shop.
Make sure this step is completed before you proceed to connect the shop in OMS.
4. Connect the OMS to Your New TikTok Shop
Once your new TikTok Shop is ready and authorization is completed, you can proceed to connect the TikTok shop in the OMS, following the same steps as used for Tokopedia setup earlier.
- In OMS, navigate to the Sales Channels section
- Choose TikTok and click Connect Store
- Follow the prompts to establish the connection
Note: Your old Tokopedia store will be disconnected from the OMS once the new TikTok shop is connected.
Store Disconnection and Connection through OMS
Immediately after creating a new shop in Tokopedia and Shop Seller Center, sellers must transfer all their listings to the new shop and unlink the old store from Tokopedia.
To complete the connection, sellers must integrate the New Tokopedia and Shop (2025) just like Tiktok from OMS using the details highlighted in the screenshot below.
5. Handling Overlapping Orders
During the transition period (approx. 7 days, exact duration to be confirmed), orders may still be placed on your Tokopedia listings while TikTok listings go live.
To avoid missing any orders:
- Continue processing Tokopedia orders in OMS until the migration period ends
- Monitor both platforms actively during this time
6. Scenarios in Migration
- Sellers have merged all existing older tokopedia shops into the existing Tiktok Indonesia shop:
- In this scenario the shop id will be the same for both stores hence it is recommended for seller to disconnect the older store (i.e for tiktok id)
- In this case all the orders will be fetched irrespective of order platform i.e both Tiktok and Tokopedia orders will be fetched under 1 OMS store
- If seller wants to distinguish the platform placement: OMS will need to add a flag for the commerce platform which will be used during order push via integration layer
- Sellers have merged all the Tokopedia shops into new Tokopedia shop on Tiktok platform while keeping existing Tiktok Indonesia shop separate and intact
- in this scenario the shop ids will be separate for the Tiktok and Tokopedia shops hence two OMS stores:
-> 'TIKTOK ID' and 'Tokopedia & Shop' : will be present on OMS fetching orders for each platform

7. Supported Countries and API Version
Tokopedia 2025 Shop integration with Anchanto OMS is currently supported in the following countries:
- Malaysia
- Thailand
- Vietnam
- The Philippines
- Singapore
- Indonesia

API Version: The integration uses TikTok Shop API version 202309 or later
8. Required Tokopedia Shop Credentials
To connect Tokopedia (2025) Shop with Anchanto OMS, you’ll need the following credentials:

Shop Code:
- Log in to Tiktok Seller Centre.
- Navigate to the top-right corner and click on your shop name.
- In the dialogue box, locate the shop code under your shop name.

Warehouse ID:
- For non-multi-warehousing OMS accounts, enter "ALL" to sync orders from all warehouses.
- For multi-warehousing accounts, specify Tokopedia 2025 Shop warehouse codes separated by commas or use "ALL" to sync all warehouses.
9. Best Practices for Smooth Integration
To ensure seamless synchronization between Tokopedia (2025) Shop and Anchanto OMS, follow these best practices:

Unique SKUs: Assign unique Stock Keeping Units (SKUs) to each product.
The syncing of CSKU in OMS from Tokopedia (2025) will follow the below behavior -
If CSKU synced into the OMS has same ISKU present in the system, the OMS will associate the same ISKU to the CSKU.
However, if in any condition, seller has changed/merged the ISKU of any CSKU, then OMS will create a new ISKU for that particular CSKU.
To rectify such issues, customer need to contact the support team on help@anchanto.com.
On the OMS side we are fixing this issue and will be rectified by end of May.
- Consistent Product Data: Maintain accurate product information, including descriptions, attributes, and stock levels.
- Accurate Pricing: Regularly update product prices to align with OMS settings.
10. Key Features of Tokopedia Shop Integration
Once connected, Anchanto OMS offers the following features:
- Automatic Product Sync: Existing products with key details (name, SKU, price, stock, and first image) are automatically synced.
- Order Import: Sellers have to manage the processing and return of orders in old stores manually.
- Real-Time Inventory Sync: Inventory levels are updated in real-time when changes occur in Anchanto OMS.
- Manual Sync Options: Sellers can manually sync group products, update stock levels, and manage prices.
11. Order Processing and Shipping Integration

Automatic Order Sync:
- New orders are synced every 5 minutes.
- Orders with statuses like "Cancelled," "Shipped," and "Completed" are synced every 30 minutes.

Shipping Integration:
- Tracking details and shipping labels are synced automatically if using Anchanto-integrated carriers.
- The "Shipped" status is updated on Tokopedia Shop when the order is marked "Ready to Ship" in OMS.
12. Returns Management
- Sellers can view and manage return requests from Tokopedia (2025) Shop directly in Anchanto OMS.
- Once the return process is completed in OMS/WMS, the return status is updated on TikTok Shop.
13. Challenges and Limitations
- Order Splitting: The current integration does not support order splitting.
- Status Mapping: Some OMS statuses, like "Draft/Requiring Approval," are not supported by Tokopedia (2025) Shop and no changes reported for change in status mapping between Tiktok and Tokopedia (2025).

- Can I migrate listings using the OMS system?
No, listing migration must be done directly through TikTok Seller Center. OMS handles only the integration and order sync.
- Where do I get the custom authorization link?
We will provide the link to you directly in this migration guide or via your account manager.
- What happens to orders placed on Tokopedia after I switch to TikTok?
Orders placed during the transition period will still be synced and visible in OMS as long as your Tokopedia store remains connected.
- Is it mandatory to create a new TikTok Shop, or can I reuse the Tokopedia one?
You must create a new shop on TikTok. The platforms operate independently and do not allow direct reuse of store credentials
