1. Shop Code:
   • Log in to TikTok Seller Centre.
   • Navigate to the top-right corner and click on your shop name.
   • In the dialogue box, locate the shop code under your shop name.
2. Warehouse ID:
   • For non-multi-warehousing OMS accounts, enter "ALL" to sync orders from all warehouses.
   • For multi-warehousing accounts, specify TikTok Shop warehouse codes separated by commas or use "ALL" to sync all warehouses.

1. Automatic Product Sync from TikTok Shop
   Once you connect your TikTok Shop seller account with Anchanto OMS, your existing product categories and full product details are automatically synced.

2. Order Sync for the Last 90 Days
   When the sync process starts, Anchanto OMS automatically fetches and syncs TikTok Shop orders from the past 90 days into OMS/OXM.

3. Controlled Sync Speed for Products
   During the product sync process, OMS syncs products in batches at a rate of up to 1,000 SKUs every 15 minutes to ensure stable and reliable data processing.

   • Using Anchanto OMS’s complete product listing capabilities, sellers can easily list new products from Anchanto OMS to TikTok Shop. Products can be listed:
     • Individually
     • Using a bulk upload template
     • Via OMS APIs
3. Product Update
   • Sellers can update TikTok Shop product details such as product title, images, description, and other supported fields directly in Anchanto OMS. These updates are automatically synced to TikTok Shop.

   Inventory is automatically updated from Anchanto OMS to TikTok Shop whenever stock changes in Anchanto OMS, ensuring inventory remains accurate and up to date.

   You can manually push inventory updates from Anchanto OMS to your TikTok Shop store at any time using the Sync Stock option.

   Sellers can process To Ship - Awaiting Shipment orders directly in Anchanto OMS. Once an order is packed and handed over to the carrier or logistics partner, the order status can be updated to To Ship - Awaiting collection from the OMS to the TikTok Shop.

4. Logistics Partner Support & Shipping Label Generation

   The current integration of Anchanto OMS with TikTok Shop supports both delivered by platform carrier and seller self ship using local or Anchanto integrated carriers network.

   Incase order delivery by TikTok Shop carrier, the shipping label will be synced from TikTok Shop to OMS on Ready to ship status update.

   For self-ship orders, the integration supports deliveries using both Anchanto-integrated and non-integrated carriers.

   • When using an Anchanto-integrated carrier, the shipping label is generated and synced to OMS for printing and packing.
5. Returns Management

• Sellers can view and manage return requests from TikTok Shop directly in Anchanto OMS.
• Once the return process is completed in OMS/WMS, the return status is updated on TikTok Shop.
