Use a Unique SKU for Each Product
Every product in your store should have its own unique SKU (product code). This helps us sync your products correctly with the OMS. If two products share the same SKU, only one of them will appear in the system. -
Keep Product Details Complete and Consistent
Make sure your product information is complete on Amazon to sync seamlessly in Anchanto OMS without an error.
Automatic Product Sync from Amazon
Once you connect your Amazon seller account with Anchanto OMS, your existing product categories and products are automatically synced. This includes basic details such as product name, SKU, price, available stock, and the primary product image.Order Sync for the Last 90 Days
When the sync process starts, Anchanto OMS automatically fetches and syncs Amazon orders from the past 90 days into OMS/OXM.Controlled Sync Speed for Products
During the product sync process, OMS syncs products in batches at a rate of up to 1,000 SKUs every 15 minutes to ensure stable and reliable data processing.

Inventory is automatically updated from Anchanto OMS to Amazon whenever stock changes in Anchanto OMS, ensuring inventory remains accurate and up to date.-
Manual Inventory Sync to Amazon
You can manually push inventory updates from Anchanto OMS to your Amazon store at any time using the Sync Stock option.Known Challenges
1. Price Update Limitation
Updating product prices from Anchanto OMS to Amazon is currently not supported through the integration.

Automatic Order Sync
New orders (Pending and Unshipped) are synced from Amazon to Anchanto OMS every 5 minutes to support timely order processing.
Orders with Shipped and Cancelled statuses are synced every 30 minutes

Manual Order Sync
Sellers can manually sync orders at any time from Anchanto OMS by navigating to:
OMS → Integrations → Ecommerce Sales Channels → Amazon (Connected) → Sync Orders -
Order Processing
Sellers can process Unshipped orders directly in Anchanto OMS. Once an order is packed and handed over to the carrier or logistics partner, the order status can be updated to Shipped from the OMS.

Logistics Partner Support & Shipping Label Generation
For self-ship orders, the integration supports deliveries using both Anchanto-integrated and non-integrated carriers.
- When using an Anchanto-integrated carrier, the shipping label is generated and synced to OMS for printing and packing.
In regions where Amazon Seller Flex is supported, orders are delivered through the Seller Flex program.

In this case, the shipping label is synced from Amazon once the order status is updated to Ready to Ship in Anchanto OMS.

| Partial | Pending & Unshipped | If one or more items are out of stock, the order remains in Partial status in OMS until stock becomes available. The Amazon status remains Pending. |
| New | Pending & Unshipped | When all items in the order are in stock, the order is created in OMS and can be moved to Ready for Pick for picking and packing. |
| Ready to Ship | Shipped | The order has been packed and is ready to be picked up by the carrier. |
| Shipped | Shipped | The order has been shipped and is currently in transit for delivery. |
| Complete | Not Supported | Once the order is successfully delivered, the order status is updated to Complete in OMS. |
