Create LPNs in LPN Master in Anchanto WMS

Overview

LPN Master lists every LPN across all stages: Inbound, Storage, Outbound, Dispatch and Return. From here you can generate batches of sequentially numbered LPNs ahead of time, ready to be scanned during operations.

Prerequisites:

• At least one container must exist in the LPN Container Master.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Go to Warehouse → LPN Master → All LPNs across stages are displayed.
2. Go to LPN Master → Click a stage-wise tab → The grid filters to LPNs in that stage.
3. Go to LPN Master → Click Create LPN → The Create LPN panel opens.
4. Go to Create LPN → Enter the required details → The details are captured for generation. The required details are:
   • Customer, based on warehouse mapping.
   • Prefix, maximum 10 characters.
   • Number of LPNs; the system generates sequential numbers.
   • Container Type (Pallet / Box / Tote / Carton), from the Container Master.
   • Stage (Inbound / Storage / Outbound / Dispatch / Return).
5. Go to Create LPN → Click Create → The system auto-generates the LPN numbers, displays them in the grid, and places them in the Unallocated bucket by default.

Important Notes & Limitations

• From the grid you can view LPN details, track lifecycle status, archive LPNs, and print labels in A4 or Zebra format.
