Trace a Return LPN in Anchanto WMS

Overview

Every Return LPN stays linked to the original outbound handling unit, its QC outcome, and its final storage destination. From LPN Master you can review a Return LPN's contents, hierarchy and complete lifecycle.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Go to Warehouse → LPN Master → Open the Return tab → Return LPNs are listed. 
2. Go to the Return tab → Search for and open the required Return LPN → The LPN detail view opens.
3. Go to LPN Details → Review the SKU Statement and Parent–Child details where applicable → The contents and hierarchy are displayed.
4. Go to LPN Process Flow / LPN History → Review the lifecycle events → The full movement history is shown.
5. Go to the LPN details → Check the final putaway Location or Storage LPN → The final destination is confirmed.

Important Notes & Limitations

• Outbound / Dispatch LPN references remain visible when linked to the original SKU or order.
• QC results and the resulting LPN assignments are retained.
• Putaway records the final Location or Storage LPN.
