Assign Returned Stock to Return LPNs in Anchanto WMS Overview

During return QC, you place each quantity into a Return LPN. You can generate a new Return LPN, reuse a valid existing Return LPN, or scan the original Outbound/Dispatched LPN where the flow permits. You can also split a quantity across several LPNs.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Generate a new Return LPN

1. Go to the QC flow → Click Generate New LPN → The container prompt may appear.
2. Go to Select Container Type For LPN → Scan or select the Container Type, review its details, and click Proceed→ The new Return LPN is created.
3. Go to the LPN mapping → Map the required SKU quantity and click Confirm → The quantity is mapped to the new Return LPN.
4. Go to the QC screen → Click Update → The QC result is saved. 

Use an existing LPN

1. Go to Scan or Enter LPN → Scan an existing Return LPN, or the original Outbound / Dispatched LPN when the flow permits → The LPN is selected.
2. Go to the LPN mapping → Enter the quantity to place in that LPN and click Confirm → The quantity is mapped.
3. Go to Scan or Enter LPN → To split a quantity, scan the next LPN and repeat until all quantity is assigned → The quantity is split across LPNs.

Important Notes & Limitations

• Generated Return LPNs appear in Return LPN Master.
