Quarantine Returned Stock and Release It in Anchanto WMS

Overview

When you can't make a final decision on returned stock yet, you can place it in Quarantine during Count & QC. It stays separated until you move it out of Quarantine and process it through Count & QC again.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Go to Returns → Count & QC → Select the SKU and quantity that needs further review, then click Mark As Quarantine → The quantity is placed in Quarantine.
2. Go to the Quarantine tab → Search for and review the quarantined return → The return is displayed.
3. Go to the quarantined return → Click Move Out from Quarantine when a decision is available → The stock is released for QC.
4. Go to Count & QC → Process the SKU again, select the final disposition, and click Update → The final disposition and LPN assignment are recorded. 

Important Notes & Limitations

• When Skip QC at Return is enabled, Quarantine is bypassed.
