View an LPN's Contents, Process Flow, and History in Anchanto WMS

Overview

The LPN detail view shows what an LPN holds, how it relates to other LPNs, and everything that has happened to it. You can use it to verify inventory, check the Parent–Child hierarchy, and review a complete audit trail of the LPN's movements.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Go to LPN Master → Click the LPN Number → The detailed view opens. 
2. Go to LPN Details → Review the Parent–Child mapping → The view shows the Parent LPN, the Child LPN(s), the number of Child LPNs, and an expandable list of Child LPN codes. 

3. Go to the SKU Statement → Review, and download if needed → All SKUs mapped to the LPN are displayed, and the statement can be downloaded. The statement shows:

   • Product Name
   • SKU Code
   • Quantity
   • Batch / Expiry (if applicable)
   • Serial / IMEI (if applicable)

   

4. Go to LPN Process Flow → Review the timeline → Stage-wise movement is shown: Inbound (Receiving → QC → Putaway), Storage, Outbound (Picking → Packing), Dispatch and Returns (if applicable).
5. Go to LPN History → Review the audit trail → Each entry shows the action performed (Created / Allocated / Putaway / Picked / Packed / Dispatched / Returned), the user who performed it, and the date and time.
