Create an LPN-Wise Stock Take in Anchanto WMS

Overview

An LPN-wise Stock Take lets you count inventory directly against specific Parent, Child or Flat LPNs, so you know exactly which pallet, carton or bin you're counting. When you select a Parent LPN, its Child LPNs are included automatically.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Go to Inventory → Stock Take → Click Create New Stock Take → The Create New Stock Take form opens.
2. Go to Select Stock Take Type → Select LPN Wise → The LPN list is displayed.
3. Go to the form → Select the Warehouse and Company, enter the Stock Take Name, and select the user in Assign To → The Stock Take is assigned.
4. Go to Blind Stock Take Count → Choose an option only when required → The count mode is set.
5. Go to Scan / Enter LPN or Filter by Location → Find and tick the required LPNs → The LPNs are selected. Selecting a Parent LPN also selects its Child LPNs.
6. Go to the form → Click Confirm → The Stock Take is created. 

Important Notes & Limitations

• Stock Take records the selected LPNs, SKU counts, missing reasons and completion.
