Step-by-Step Instructions
- Go to Inventory → Stock Adjustment → Click Create New Stock Adjustment → The adjustment form opens.
- Go to the form → Select Quantity Adjustment, then select the Company → The adjustment type is set.
- Go to Type → Select By LPN → LPN-based adjustment is enabled.
- Go to the form → Scan or enter the SKU, then scan or enter the LPN → The stock to adjust is identified.
- Go to the form → Enter the corrected quantity and select or enter the adjustment reason → The change is ready.
- Go to the form → Click Confirm → The adjustment is applied. If approval is configured, the change is applied after approval.
Important Notes & Limitations
- Parent-level SKUs can be adjusted directly. If the stock is held in a Child LPN, select the required Child.
- A Child LPN adjustment recalculates the Parent's aggregate quantity and capacity.
- Quantity cannot be reduced below zero.
- The system records the user, timestamp, reason, LPN, SKU and quantity change.
